Log In to CRB


  1. Open a browser and enter the appropriate URL below to open the CRB application. Your company name will be part of the URL. As we have two different URLs for QA and Production environments, you can use the desired one:
    1. QA Environment: http://[customername].railcarrxqa.com
    2. PROD Environment: http://[customername].railcarrx.com


  2. Type your Email / User ID.

  3. Type your Password.
  4. Check the Use Default Location box if you want to log directly into your default location.
    Note: If you do not check this box, you will select your location after signing in.
  5. Check the I'm not a robot box, then perform the security verification by checking the correct boxes.
  6. Click Sign In. CRB navigates to the Dashboard screen.
